When the screen says you must restart to finish syncing, tap the green checkmark. Continue to take the steps to log into Facebook. (NOTE: These next steps will result in kicking you out, but that’s OK!)ģ. At the first screen of the newly reinstalled game, where there is an arrow to start (as though you have never played at all) there is a login button in the bottom right corner. This will ONLY work and restore your stuff if you were logged into Facebook in the game before it crashed.įor everyone who already deleted their game, reinstalled, then tried to log in to Facebook and was kicked out after it said to restart to finish syncing, ignore 1-3 and skip to Step 4.ġ. I knew the data was in FB, I just couldn’t get to it. All my characters, coins, gems, Prime Pass etc were there, so the option of just playing without logging in was a no go. I had already deleted my game and reinstalled (I’ve had to do this a few times for updates/new events that weren’t auto downloading) so it was critical that I have access to the game saved in Facebook. Update: I Love the Thanks to your airplane mode suggestion, I am back in my game AND logged in to Facebook with all my possessions! Oh well, at least I got my stuff back… *sad face* The first time I tried to purchase a character from the Offers I was kicked out and had to follow step 4 to get back in (without deleting and reinstallation).
